tonnes CO₂e avoided

From our registered T-VER methane-recovery project, 2023–2025.

Local sourcing

We source cassava roots from farmers in and around Sa Kaeo Province, supporting the local agricultural economy and keeping raw-material supply close to the factory.

Biogas energy (UASB)

Process wastewater is treated in a UASB (Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket) anaerobic system that removes most of its organic load and captures biogas, turning effluent into renewable energy that fuels the factory's boilers. Treated water is reused on-site, and surplus gas is safely flared rather than released.

Carbon programme (T-VER)

We operate a registered carbon-reduction project under Thailand's T-VER (Thailand Voluntary Emission Reduction) programme, administered by the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (TGO). Our Methane Recovery and Utilization project captures biogas from the anaerobic treatment of process wastewater and uses it to displace fossil fuel in starch drying, cutting greenhouse-gas emissions at the source. Registered in March 2023 under a seven-year crediting period (2023–2030), the project is estimated to have reduced more than 119,000 tonnes of CO₂-equivalent between 2023 and 2025.

Ethical supply chain (Sedex)

We are a member of Sedex (Supplier Ethical Data Exchange), reflecting our commitment to responsible, ethical, and transparent supply-chain practices.
