Why buyers source directly from the mill
Single-source traceability
One factory, one supply chain: cassava roots from farms around Sa Kaeo, processed, tested, and packed on site. Every lot ships with its Certificate of Analysis.
Manufacturer pricing and priority in tight markets
No trading margin stacked on top, and consistent customers are supported first when the root market tightens — a mill can commit its own capacity; a reseller cannot.
Certified food-safety system
FSSC 22000 (SGS, UKAS-accredited), ISO 22000:2018, HACCP, GHP, and Halal. Certificates are shared with qualified buyers on request.
Export and domestic experience
We ship worldwide and supply Thai manufacturers domestically, working in Thai, English, and Chinese. Our Managing Director serves as Deputy Secretary General of the Thai Tapioca Starch Association (TTSA).

Supplier questions, answered
Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A manufacturer. TQ Industry Starch operates its own native tapioca starch factory in Sa Kaeo, Thailand (founded 2012). The family group also includes First Starch International, a starch and flour trading house founded in 1979 — so we understand both sides of the market.
What is your production capacity?
Approximately 150 MT per day of native tapioca starch.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ, lead time, Incoterms, and payment terms are confirmed per order — they depend on grade, packaging, and destination. Send your requirement and we will confirm in the quotation.
Can you send a sample before we order?
Yes — samples are available on request. Choose "Request a sample" in the inquiry form.
Do you supply modified tapioca starch?
No — we manufacture native (unmodified) tapioca starch only. For modified starches and other starch and flour products, our sister trading company First Starch International can assist; mention it in your enquiry and we will route you.
Which certifications do you hold?
FSSC 22000 (SGS, UKAS-accredited), ISO 22000:2018, HACCP, GHP, and Halal. Certificate copies are provided to qualified buyers on request.
