TQ Industry Starch is a member of the Thai Tapioca Starch Association (TTSA) — the industry body that represents Thailand’s tapioca starch manufacturers. Our Managing Director, Mr. Praphon Sinsadok, serves on the association’s committee as Deputy Secretary General.
What TTSA does
Founded by Thai starch producers, TTSA works on the standards, statistics, and market development of the Thai tapioca starch industry. Among other things, the association:
- Publishes the weekly reference prices for Thai native tapioca starch (domestic and export F.O.B. Bangkok) — the same figures we track on our News & Prices page
- Compiles production and export statistics for the industry
- Represents Thai starch manufacturers in trade and policy discussions
What membership means for buyers
Membership places our factory inside the industry’s own standards community, alongside Thailand’s established starch producers.
